Olga represents a variety of clients in the startup and venture capital space, including emerging companies and venture capital funds. Her background includes advising companies in the biotech and food and agriculture industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Olga was an associate at an international law firm advising private and public companies on a broad range of governance and securities law compliance matters.

Olga received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center.
