Noah advises startups and emerging technology companies on venture capital financings, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.
While attending law school, he interned at Concept Labs (formerly known as Concept Art House) where he performed legal research and analysis on a variety of issues related to web3, IP, and the video game industry and assisted the General Counsel in drafting and negotiating contracts, organizing internal systems, and communicating legal material to non-legal teams. He also served as teaching assistant and research assistant to Columbia’s then president, Lee Bollinger.
