Nikki represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters with a focus on commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation, including copyright, trademark, and privacy matters.

Before joining Fenwick, Nikki served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Judge Susan Illston for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.

During law school, Nikki was the Communications Director of the First Generation Professionals, a student advocate at the Samuelson Law, Technology, & Public Policy Clinic, and a leader of the Disability Rights Project.
