Nick advises clients in the technology and life sciences industries on a broad variety of corporate matters, including venture capital financing, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Nick earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he was a general editor for the Cornell Law Review and Vice Chancellor of the Treasury of the Cornell Law School Moot Court Board. While in law school, Nick was awarded CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Contracts and Education Law Practicum.

Prior to law school, Nick earned an M.S. in Human Nutrition from Columbia University, where he co-authored a publication in the Journal of Clinical Medicine on the effects of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) on body composition in individuals with obstructive sleep apnea. He received a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science with a Chemistry minor from Davidson College.
