Mimi defends single plaintiff and class action litigation involving employment-related disputes. She also counsels employers regarding their employment policies and procedures, including hiring and termination decisions, workplace investigations and employee training.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Mimi worked as an associate for an AmLaw 200 firm. During law school, she was the executive notes editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and staff editor of the UCI Journal of International, Transactional, and Comparative Law.
