Myles focuses on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries. He has advised startups and emerging growth companies in all aspects of their corporate life cycle from their formation to various financings, mergers, acquisitions and asset purchases. He has also provided general counsel to board directors and executives with regards to strategic and corporate partnerships, corporate development, equity incentive plan administration, and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Myles was an associate at a prominent San Francisco-based law firm. Before launching his legal career, Myles was a business development VP at a payments startup in San Francisco.

During law school, Myles was the senior acquisitions editor for the UC Law SF Communications and Entertainment Journal.
