Monika counsels established and emerging companies on technology and intellectual property-related matters across a wide range of commercial and M&A transactions.

While in law school, Monika conducted legal research on developing AI issues in the autonomous vehicle space, and served as the vice president of Duke University Law School's Law and Entrepreneurship Society. Prior her time in law school, Monika attended film school and worked in the entertainment and tech industries.
