Monica advises on a broad variety of intellectual property matters, with a focus on technology transactions, for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Monica was a legal extern for one of the world’s largest interactive gaming companies. Prior to this, Monica worked as a summer associate for an Am Law 100 firm, where she handled patent prosecution projects, drafted claim constructions and research memoranda for patent litigation matters and conducted reviews of patent portfolios for technology transactions.
