Min advises technology companies in a range of litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent related disputes.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Min was an associate at a prominent Am Law 100 firm, where he represented clients in patent litigation matters in federal district courts, in the International Trade Commission and in proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He has broad experience representing clients in complex, multi-patent/cross-patent infringement suits involving numerous technologies such as computer hardware and software, telecommunications, consumer robotics and battery manufacturing, among others.
