Meredith is Fenwick’s Director of Attorney Recruiting. In this role, Meredith provides oversight and strategic direction for entry-level and lateral recruiting efforts.

Meredith and her team manage recruitment of law students and the execution of the firm’s Summer Associate Program, providing students an opportunity to experience a slice of the firm’s culture, including the free market staffing model, mentoring program, and robust training initiatives. In addition, she oversees lateral recruitment efforts, working with her team and others across the firm to continue a pipeline of talented attorneys, improve market visibility, and oversee ongoing efforts to ensure sophisticated recruitment procedures. In all of these efforts, she collaborates closely with Legal Training & Development, Legal Personnel, Practice Management, and firm leadership.
