Melinda advises technology and life sciences companies on a broad range of corporate matters. Her practice includes startup counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Melinda was a corporate associate at international law firms.

While in law school, Melinda served as a member of Berkeley Business Law Journal, Berkeley Technology Law Journal, as well as a senior editor of The Network.
