Mary concentrates her practice on litigation matters that support clients in the technology and life sciences industries. She has experience in matters involving data privacy, unfair competition, contract and consumer protection. She also has experience with class actions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Mary clerked for the Honorable Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
