Meg focuses her practice on a broad range of corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries where she advises both issuers and underwriters on initial public offerings, convertible debt offerings, reporting obligations and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Meg was a member of the capital markets group at an established law firm where she represented placement agents in CLO transactions along with the related matters.

While in law school, Meg served as a summer associate at a prominent law firm, legal intern for a NY based non-profit organization as well as a managing editor for Fordham Environmental Law Review.
