Liz focuses her practice on a broad range of general corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

While in law school, Liz served as a legal extern for a prominent ticket exchange and resale company, law clerk for the City of San Jose Office of the City Attorney and student associate for the Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic. Additionally, Liz was an associate of the Santa Clara Journal of International Law.
