Lindsey focuses her practice on supporting early-stage clients from formation through exit, as well as providing hands-on support to public companies. She specializes in advising clients in the technology, AI and machine learning, life sciences, and healthtech industries.
Lindsey provides comprehensive legal counsel on a variety of corporate matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and corporate governance matters. She works closely with entrepreneurs, as well as investors, to navigate complex business and legal landscapes.
Lindsey earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, Lindsey served as an Associate Editor-In-Chief for the Washington Law Review. She earned her B.A. with a triple major in Political Science, Philosophy, and Law, Societies & Justice from the University of Washington.
