Lily Rose counsels established and emerging companies on technology and intellectual property-related matters across a wide range of commercial and M&A transactions.

While attending law school, Lily Rose co-authored an article published in the Gonzaga Law Review and participated in moot court with a focus on trademark and unfair competition law. Lily Rose also served on the executive boards of Cornell Law School’s Black Law Students Association, Intellectual Property and Technology Student Association, and Sports and Entertainment Society.

Prior to joining Fenwick, she was summer associate at a digital sports company and an extern at the Urban Justice Center.
