Leya advises clients on a broad variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings.

While attending law school, she was an editor for the Journal of International Law and Policy, and a member of the negotiation team. Additionally, Leya externed for Magistrate Judge Nathanael Cousins in the Northern District of California, and was a member of the UC Davis Immigration Law Clinic representing clients seeking asylum and citizenship status.
