Leeza advises clients across all growth stages on a wide range of corporate matters, including startups, late-stage private companies, public companies and investors. She provides strategic counseling to technology and life sciences companies, ranging from formations, equity financings and transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. In her capital markets practice, Leeza represents companies, as well as underwriters, in connection with initial public offerings, follow-on stock sales for primary and secondary shares, rights offerings, and other equity transactions.

During law school, Leeza was the executive articles editor of the Washington Law Review.
