Kwan advises on litigation matters, with an emphasis on patent litigation, for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kwan was an associate at an international law firm. While obtaining his law degree, Kwan served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Kwan has also served as a court-appointed technical advisor to Judge James Ware (Ret.) and Judge Claudia Wilken in multiple patent cases involving complex computer technologies.
