Kevin leads a team focusing on the development and execution of the firm's pricing strategy as well as the project management of client engagements. The team works closely with attorneys, professional staff and clients on creating value-based pricing arrangements and delivering transparency and predictability through legal project management.
Kevin has 20 years of finance and marketing experience with leading law firms. He received his Accredited Legal Pricing Professional (ALPP) certification from the True Value Partnering Institute, where he serves on the Council of Advisors and leads the Legal Operations Connect Cohort.
