Kevin leads the firm’s efforts to provide industry-leading enterprise information security and IT risk management. His job duties include overseeing the firm's information security, privacy, compliance and eDiscovery responses. He actively consults with clients on that same range of issues. He leads Fenwick's research, design, implementation and operational support for all enterprise-wide IT services, including information security, network infrastructure and data center management of 1.2 Petabytes of information on over 400 servers.
With more than 25 years of practical experience in computer technology, his career has included experience in all aspects of research, design, implementation and operational support for enterprise services, including disaster recovery and business continuity, information security, computer forensics and network forensics, integrated voice and data networks, wireless networks, and global data center management.
Kevin also provides computer forensics and electronic discovery expertise as an active leader and member of the Fenwick practice support team. He holds a EnCE forensic certification from Guidance Software.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Kevin was a senior IT systems engineer and network design specialist at Novell, where he led all in-house testing and deployment of products. He also oversaw support for Novell San Jose data centers.
Kevin is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) and presently a candidate for the CISA and CISM certificates. He is also a member of Infraguard, a public/private partnership between private security professionals and the FBI. He is presently a candidate for the Certified Information Systems Security Professional.
