Kennedii represents emerging and public companies in the life sciences and technology industries on a variety of corporate matters, including capital markets, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

While attending law and graduate school, Kennedii focused her curriculum on bioethics and technology ethics. During this time, she worked at a tech-enabled startup legal practice, whose focus is serving mission-driven public benefit technology companies. Kennedii also served as a student attorney in the Duke Law Start-Up Ventures Clinic, where she advised early-stage companies on a variety of legal matters.
