Kelly represents clients in the life sciences industry on a wide range of intellectual property matters. His experience includes prosecuting patent applications covering biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device innovations in the United States and internationally. Kelly also provides strategic patent counseling and due diligence to clients at all stages of the business cycle, with a particular focus on developing IP strategies and patent portfolios for emerging and established companies.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kelly was an associate with a leading international law firm.
