Kathleen advises privately held and emerging companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing transactions. Her practice also includes corporate governance and capital markets. She has represented both publicly traded and privately held companies in credit facilities, restructurings, preferred debt investments, stock and asset transactions, as well as registered and unregistered securities offerings.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kathleen was an associate at a New York-based law firm.
