Kasey advises on a variety of corporate matters for clients, including Startup & Venture Capital, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Capital Markets. She helps startup clients through their entire life cycle, from incorporation through financings to exit and beyond.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Kasey worked at a leading law firm, where she also helped local entrepreneurs through the Start Small Think Big program. During law school, Kasey was a Director of Projects at the Harvard Law and Entrepreneurship Project, worked on three startups, and was an Articles Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology.
