She provides strategic IP advice to clients at all stages of complex transactions and commercial agreements across the fintech, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and gaming spaces. Julia was a key member of the Fenwick team that represented Embracer when it sold Gearbox Entertainment to Take Two Interactive. She has also worked with Coinbase for several years on the TRUST project, an industry-led solution that created a platform that allows cryptocurrency exchanges to securely send information legally required by the Travel Rule.
