Joon focuses on a broad range of corporate matters, including startup counseling, venture capital and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Joon was an associate at a nationally recognized law firm, where he represented startup clients in all stages of the business life cycle, from incorporation through exit.

While attending law school, Joon served as the notes editor for the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law and graduated as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
