Jonathan advises on a wide variety of litigation matters to support clients in the technology industry. Jonathan has experience representing plaintiffs and defendants of all sizes in arbitration, state and federal court, on appeal, and in administrative proceedings. He has significant experience in patent litigation, having litigated in district courts, at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the International Trade Commission, and the Federal Circuit. Jonathan has also litigated numerous non-IP matters, including contractual disputes, business disputes, and tort claims in state and federal court.

Jonathan rejoined Fenwick after clerking for the Honorable Raymond T. Chen at the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. In addition to appeals to the Federal Circuit, Jonathan has experience formulating appellate strategy and drafting briefs in other federal courts of appeals, as well as in Washington and California state appellate courts.
