Jonathan concentrates his practice on corporate matters for clients in the technology and fintech industries, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency. He provides strategic counsel to blockchain and Web 3.0 companies, including cryptocurrency exchanges, DeFi platforms, and NFT marketplaces and creators on various securities law and regulatory matters. Jonathan has experience representing both private and public companies on a broad range of cross-border transactions involving initial public offerings, direct listings, financings, mergers and acquisitions, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jonathan worked as a corporate associate at two leading global law firms.

While attending law school, Jonathan served as an editor for the Cornell Law Review.
