Johnathan is a patent attorney well versed in a variety of technologies. His patent litigation experience includes drafting expert reports and dispositive motions, assisting with fact and expert depositions and managing electronic discovery. He also has experience working on inter partes reviews and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications.

During law school, Johnathan served as Editor in Chief of the UC Davis Law Review. Prior to joining Fenwick, Johnathan co-founded a wearable technology startup and worked in both software and hardware engineering.
