John advises on a broad variety of corporate matters to support clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

During law school, John was the managing editor of the UC Davis Law Review and was awarded the Witkin Award in four classes including mergers and acquisitions and legal research and writing. Before becoming an attorney, John worked for several years as a deputy coroner in Yolo County, CA.
