John advises life sciences and technology companies on a broad range of capital markets and securities matters. His practice includes initial public offerings, corporate governance, securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting obligations, and other general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, John was a corporate associate at a prominent international law firm in Palo Alto.

During law school, John was a submissions editor for the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and a co-founder of the AI Legal Workshop at Berkeley Law.
