Jessica advises on a broad variety of litigation matters to support clients in the high technology and life sciences industries.

During law school, Jessica was a technical editor of the Santa Clara High Technology Law Journal. She received numerous law school awards and scholarships, including the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Intellectual Property Law, Remedies and Property Law, the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing, the High Tech Excellence Award, and the Emery Merit and Justice Edward A. Panelli Endowed Law Scholarships.

While attending law school, Jessica served as a judicial extern to the Honorable A. James Robertson II of the San Francisco Superior Court. She also worked as a Volunteer Law Clerk in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in San Jose, CA.
