Jennifer advises technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on employment practices.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jennifer worked as an associate for a labor and employment law firm, where she advised clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including wage and hour, leaves of absences and accommodations, investigations and personnel policy decisions. She also litigated class, representative and single plaintiff wage and hour and FEHA cases in federal and state court.
