Jazmin advises on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, startup counseling and venture capital financings for clients in the technology and life sciences industries.

While in law school, Jazmin served as a Research Editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and was awarded the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Intellectual Property and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Law and Technology. She also served on the board of the Labor and Employment Law Society and was a student advisor at the Employment Law Clinic where she worked with attorneys to advise clients on employment-related issues.
