Jason Gindi counsels clients on a wide variety of antitrust law issues in transactions, litigation and investigations. He provides clients with risk management assessments and ongoing counseling, designs and implements compliance programs, and proactively identifies issues and risks.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Jason was an associate in the litigation group of a leading international law firm where he advised clients on merger enforcement, criminal antitrust investigations and corporate disputes.
During law school, Jason was on the board of the Intellectual Property Students Association. Jason also was a member of Michigan Law’s Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Jason was a legal analyst at a boutique law firm in New York City.
