Jake advises technology and life sciences companies at the intersection of technology and the public sector, including trade and national security regulatory matters, government contracts, subcontracts, funding and procurement, and intellectual property and cybersecurity considerations involved in these agreements.
During law school, Jake held law clerk positions with the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of the Chief Counsel for Industry and Security and with the U.S. Senate Finance Subcommittee on International Trade, Customs, and Global Competitiveness. He was also an Executive Editor of the Asian Law Review. Prior to law school, Jake worked at an early-stage govtech startup and served in the Office of U.S. Senator Robert P. Casey, Jr.
