Jacob advises public and private technology companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Jacob was a legal intern in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas and served as a senior editor of a law journal.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Jacob was an associate at a New York-based law firm and spent three years as a teacher through Teach for America.
