Jack represents start-ups, venture capital firms, and public companies in the technology and life sciences spaces on a variety of corporate matters.

While attending law school, Jack won first prize at Duke’s annual transactional law competition. He was also a board member of the Transactional Law Society. Additionally, he participated in the Duke Law School Criminal Defense Clinic where he spent time in court representing indigent clients facing criminal charges.
