Irene advises on intellectual property and commercial litigation. She has significant experience handling disputes before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board for high-profile, high-tech clients, such as Uber, Twitter and GoPro. Irene has counseled many clients in protecting and building their trademark portfolio and brand and has helped obtain favorable results for them.

While attending law school, Irene served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Chief Judge Ruben Castillo in the U.S. District Court for Northern District of Illinois, and served as the co-president of the Latino Law Students Association.
