Ignatius concentrates his practice on corporate matters for clients in the technology and life sciences industries, with a focus on blockchain and cryptocurrency. His background includes advising companies on complex mergers and acquisitions including private equity sponsors and public companies on the purchase and sale of platform and add-on acquisitions.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Ignatius was a corporate associate at a prominent law firm.
During law school, Ignatius served as a corporate summer associate at a leading law firm in their New York office, general counsel intern for the New York City Housing Authority, staff editor of the Annual Survey of American Law and co-chair of the Asian-Pacific American Law Students Association (APALSA).
