Hector represents startup and private companies in the technology and fintech industries, with extensive experience representing blockchain and cryptocurrency clients. He regularly advises clients on corporate matters, including financings, mergers, acquisitions and corporate governance. His clients include token issuers, investment platforms and cryptocurrency exchanges.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Hector clerked for Judge Davis in the Western District of Texas, Bankruptcy Court and worked as an associate at a global law firm. He also worked as an analyst at Deloitte Consulting.

In law school, Hector was an article editor for La Raza Law Journal.
