Greg represents technology and life sciences companies in a broad range of litigation matters, with a focus on commercial and intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Greg served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Edith Brown Clement of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and for the Honorable Trevor N. McFadden of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.
Greg maintains an active pro bono practice as part of the Fenwick team helping Afghans file for Humanitarian Parole relief.
Before his clerkships, Greg was a prosecutor and an attorney-advisor in the U.S. Marine Corps, where he tried nearly a dozen criminal jury and bench trials. He focused on complex trial work, personnel law, regulatory compliance, and cybercrimes. Greg also oversaw numerous internal investigations and congressional interests. He taught legal classes to thousands of new officers and held leadership roles as a Company Commander and Platoon Commander.
