Director of Inclusion and Engagement

As Fenwick’s Director of Inclusion and Engagement, Floyd works closely with firm leadership to foster an inclusive firm culture that welcomes, values and supports the varied experiences and perspectives of our people.

Floyd serves as a member of Fenwick's senior management team and acts as a senior-level advisor to the firm’s Inclusion Steering Board, as well as to the members of the firm’s numerous employee resource groups. Additionally, he collaborates with firm clients and other external stakeholders on events and joint initiatives to further enhance Fenwick’s impact within the broader community.

Floyd has more than 20 years of experience developing and delivering inclusion and engagement initiatives and strategies within the private and non-profit sectors. He has led inclusion programs at two Am Law 50 law firms, a leading provider of commercial real estate data and marketplace listing platforms, and a global strategic consulting firm. His background includes strategic planning, pipeline management, metrics, community building and curriculum development.
