Fiona advises startups and emerging companies in the technology and life sciences sectors on venture capital financings, capital markets, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Fiona was a manager at KPMG, where she specialized in the intersection of technology and business transformation. Throughout her tenure, she worked with clients to implement artificial intelligence, enhance cybersecurity, and strategize business incentives, all while pursuing her JD part-time at Fordham Law School.

During her time at Fordham, Fiona was a member of the Fordham Law Review and engaged in independent studies and coursework in blockchain, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and intellectual property.
