Ethan advises emerging and high-growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries, as well as venture capitalists and other investors, on a broad variety of corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Ethan co-founded a startup that offered automated consumer legal services.

Before attending law school, Ethan worked as a paralegal at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, interned for a U.S. Congresswoman and served as an AmeriCorps Member in City Year Philadelphia.

Ethan is a graduate of Columbia University’s accelerated 3-year J.D./M.B.A. program.
