Ethan advises emerging and high-growth companies in the technology and life sciences industries, as well as venture capitalists and other investors, on a broad variety of corporate matters.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Ethan co-founded a startup that offered automated consumer legal services. This experience provides him with firsthand experience of some of the challenges and opportunities that founders encounter.

Before attending law school, Ethan worked as a paralegal at the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice and served as an AmeriCorps Member in City Year Philadelphia.

Ethan is a graduate of Columbia University’s accelerated 3-year J.D./M.B.A. program.
