Elliott’s work includes matters involving AI/ML software development and licensing, autonomous rail and autonomous flight technology, blockchain technology, software integration, AdTech, Property Tech, FinTech, Educational Tech, and other innovative technologies.
Elliott is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has received the CIPP/US certification.
Prior to joining Fenwick, Elliott was an associate with an international law firm where he focused on technology transactions and outsourcing. Prior to this, Elliott worked as a summer law intern researching laws on cyber insurance and retail sales policies, and as an analyst intern for SpaceX.
