Elizabeth practices corporate law with a focus on emerging and high-growth companies across various stages of the corporate lifecycle. She has a broad range of experience, from entity formation to equity financings, corporate governance matters and other strategic transactions, and representing angel investors, venture capital firms, and corporate strategic investors.

Prior to joining Fenwick, Elizabeth was an associate general counsel at a public technology company, and before that, she served as a corporate associate at two prominent law firms.
