Elisabeth represents clients in the technology and life sciences sectors on a wide range of litigation matters. She has experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation and has represented technology clients in patent infringement disputes. In addition to her patent litigation work, Elisabeth is adept at handling complex commercial litigation, including cases involving data privacy, unfair competition, autorenewals, and consumer protection. She is also dedicated to maintaining an active pro bono practice.
Before joining Fenwick, Elisabeth gained valuable experience through internships at the Supreme Court of North Carolina and at the District Court level. She also gained valuable experience in academia focusing on Artificial Intelligence and DNA privacy.
